the location is awesome it is a five minute walk to the park entrance the restaurant has good food choices and the staff can arrange shuttles and tours to the park i found that helpful. the hotel offers temporary electricity but provides internet all the time they offer download speeds of 2.23mb/s and upload speeds of 2.82mb/s. the restaurant service was nice and the setting was beautiful

the electricity worked only sometimes fans did not work through the night i was told they would.

Wonderful Stay Near the Ruins!

The hotel's location is priceless. I appreciated staying within easy walking distance of the Mayan pyramids. It made accessing the sunrise tour particularly simple. Staff members were very kind and always willing to assist.

I did notice that the shower cleanliness was not consistent . A more thorough cleaning would improve this aspect.

This hotel is near the entrance to Tikal National Park, so you will be able to walk to the park within minutes. This makes it convenient for early morning tours and returning for midday breaks. The location inside the park is fantastic!!!

The front desk staff provided helpful answers to all questions. They helped me arrange transport to the airport and the driver was on time and efficient. The team arranged for transportation to and from the airport. I highly recommend this option.

The pool provided a welcome respite after a day of exploring the ruins. I enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant on-site. The menu offered a good selection. The restaurant has a good menu and everyone was attentive.

My bungalow was right next to the pool. I could easily watch birds nearby. The staff arranged a shuttle back to Flores. The room included two double beds and a single bed.

The shower was not cleaned . The water pressure was very low. It was barely a trickle to take a shower or brush my teeth. There was not much variety in food.

The limited power availability posed some challenges. Charging devices became a scheduled activity.
